Shipping policy
Our Shipment Process:
1. As soon as you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt with all of the items in your order (make sure to check your junk mail!).
2. After we receive your order, we process and package your items within 1-5 business days.
3. When your order is ready to go, you will receive another email notifying you of the shipment of your order (this email will also include the tracking code for your order).
PREORDERS:
Items in our store marked as “available for PREORDER” are available to purchase now, but please keep in mind that the shipment time of these items will be longer than our other items. PREORDER items have a shipment time of approximately 1-5 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your PREORDERED item is shipped to you.
Our Packaging:
Your MOGANO order will include a white bubble mailer or box to protect your jewels during the shipment process. Your order will also include one MOGANO microfibre jewelry pouch and an order card with a custom thank you note. If you are in need of multiple jewelry pouches for gifting purposes please email us at info@shopmogano.com.
If you wish to send some MOGANO jewels as a gift, we are happy to include a custom order note with the gift. Please enter the message you wish to be included in the order to the “notes” section at checkout. For more inquiries about sending MOGANO gifts, please email info@shopmogano.com.
Our Shipment Options:
For Parcels to Canada & USA
Standard Shipping (3-14 business days):
Standard shipping with Canada Post is available at the calculated rate at checkout on orders under $150 CAD and comes free with orders over $150 CAD! Standard Shipping includes a white bubble mailer or box to protect your jewels during the shipment process. Standard Shipping includes a tracking code. Once your order is shipped, your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. MOGANO is not responsible for packages lost by carriers.
Local Pick Up (KELOWNA AREA ONLY:
If you live in the Kelowna, BC Canada area you can also select to pick up your jewels for FREE! Select "Local Pick-Up" when checking out! To pick up your order please come visit us in-store at our address: 1306 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9P4
**PLEASE CAREFULLY SELECT THIS OPTION. If you accidentally select shipping at checkout and you need Local Pick Up instead, MOGANO cannot refund any shipping fees once the shipment email has been sent. Shipping labels are non-refundable therefore MOGANO cannot refund shipping fees once a shipping label is purchased. Thank you for your understanding!**
Tracked Priority Shipping (3-10 business days):
Tracked Priority shipping is available in Canada & the USA charged at the calculated rate at checkout. Tracked Priority shipping includes a white bubble mailer or box & a MOGANO microfibre jewelry pouch to protect your jewels during the shipment process.
Tracked Priority shipping comes with a tracking code through the shipping carrier.
USA Orders:
Any USA orders that are returned to sender due to refused delivery due to unpaid tariffs or duty fees are not subject for a refund. Please note any USA orders are subject to duty, customs and tariff fees and the custom is responsible to being aware of this & paying the customs fees in a timely manner. If you have any questions about duties, tariffs or other fees for USA orders, please reach out to us at info@shopmogano.com.
For Other International Parcels
International Small Packet – Air (7-21 business days): International Air shipping includes a white bubble mailer or box & a MOGANO microfibre jewelry pouch to protect your jewels during the shipment process. The shipment cost for international parcels will be automatically calculated at checkout. International Air parcels will include a tracking code with the shipping carrier.
