Where is MOGANO based?

MOGANO is based in Kelowna, BC, Canada! We are proud to be Canadian!

How long does shipping take?

All of your shipping questions are answered on our “Shipping Policy” page! If you don’t see the answer to your question there, please send us an email to info@shopmogano.com.

What are your jewels made of?

We work with a mix of hypoallergenic materials so you can build a collection that balances quality, price, and style without compromise. That also means one piece might need slightly different care than another. Not sure what your jewelry is made of? Head to the product page on our site, check the description, and check out our Jewelry Care page for the details on our metals and a guide on how-to care for them.

Can I wear my MOGANO jewels in the shower/pool/ocean?

This depends on the material of the jewelry! All of our jewelry is water resistant meaning a jump in the lake, or a few showers won't hurt them. However, for their longest life, we don't recommend showering or swimming in your jewelry daily. In order to make your MOGANO jewels last as long as possible, please follow the directions listed on our “Jewelry Care” page.

My ears are super sensitive! Can I wear MOGANO earrings?

All of our jewelry is 100% lead & nickel free (the most common allergen in jewelry) and we use real gold, silver and brass in our jewelry, making it super safe for sensitive skin! Every person is different, and we would recommend knowing what exactly you are allergic in order to know if Mogano is right for you! Is your jewelry REAL gold?

Yes! All of our gold jewelry uses real gold. Our gold filled jewelry is a 14k gold layer pressure bonded to a brass base, and our gold vermeil jewelry features very thick 14k gold plating on a sterling silver base.

I forgot to apply a discount code at checkout! Can I still receive a discount after my order has been placed?

Thanks for your order babe! Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts after an order has been placed. If you forgot to include the welcome discount on your first order, you can totally use that discount code for your next order!
