During this in depth, 1 hour workshop learn how to set intentional goals in order to help you to create a clear path towards accomplishing all of your 2025 dreams.
After your goal setting workshop take time to absorb and reflect on your new 2025 goals and restore your mind and body with a 45 minute healing sound bath session with expert yoga and sound healing instructor Julie McCormick.
